About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP Operations for Cluster North, a role that is pivotal in the fight against food waste. The role requires a leader who can recruit and develop the best talent, is adept at negotiation, and has a strong digital background. The candidate should be a coach by nature, with the ability to take on conflict when necessary, and be adept at making trade-off decisions to focus on critical business drivers.
