About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Carrier Sales to join its rapidly expanding executive team. The successful candidate will be the senior representative to the nation's top mobile network operators, responsible for translating strategic spectrum goals into long-term, revenue-generating partnerships. This role involves crafting and owning a multi-year carrier-sales strategy, cultivating senior-level relationships with major carriers, and leading complex deal negotiations. The VP will also be expected to maintain a credible, data-driven point of view on industry trends and to deliver accurate pipeline forecasts and market-expansion recommendations. Applicants for the VP of Carrier Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in selling network solutions to Tier-1 and Tier-2 mobile operators, with a strong network of contacts. A working knowledge of DAS, small cells, 5G architectures, and related technologies is essential. The role requires a proven track record in closing large, multi-stakeholder contracts and the ability to engage with partners at all levels, from C-suite to on-site. Preferred qualifications include direct experience in financing carrier-funded deployments, a background in health-care or higher-education environments, and advanced business or engineering credentials. The ideal candidate will be adept at balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution and will be comfortable with a role that involves significant travel and on-site engagement.
