Insight Global is seeking a Manager of Security to oversee the daily operations of our security team in a healthcare environment. This individual will ensure a safe and secure environment for all staff, visitors, and facilities. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day security activities, including access control, staff support, and scheduling. The Security Manager will also oversee payroll and budgetary constraints, ensuring efficient resource allocation while maintaining high standards of service. A key part of the role involves reviewing and revising security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current regulations and best practices. Additionally, this individual will be expected to do rounds and provide real time coaching to the team on areas of improvement. This position requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a focus on proactive problem-solving and team coordination.
