Job Position Description: This position is responsible for creating clean, healthy environment for our customer in a medical facility by use of antibacterial cleaning agents, use of required personal protective equipment, by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities.
Shift is Saturday and Sunday only, 9 p.m. to 12 a.m. or 9:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. (3hrs), $16.00hr. Medical Cleaning. Applicants must be responsible and mindful of this being a weekend responsibility as this facility must be cleaned nightly. Duties include, but not limited to:
- Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures
- Cleaning of lobby, exam rooms, offices, break room and common area
- Sweeping, dust mopping, wet mopping, trash removal, restroom cleaning, interior windows, dusting, surface cleaning
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Use proper PPE where required
- Opens and locks facilities, enable and disable security system as required
Physical Demands and Qualifications: - Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching.
- Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.
- Own reliable transportation a must.
- Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses.
- 1 years experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper a plus but not required, will receive training.
- Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
- Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude.
- Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time.
- Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect.
- Language (English) or ability to use translation software
- Report any work equipment or customer property (sinks, doors, etc) that are broken.
- Shift starts at 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. or 9:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., $16.00 hr., Saturday & Sunday only. This is a medical facility located on Polaris Parkway that takes patients.
