Shift: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week (Shift between 2:00 PM – 2:00 AM, 8-hour shifts)
Contract Duration: 3+ Months
Pay Rate: $16 – $18 per hour
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Distribution Specialist to support warehouse and order fulfillment operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently fulfilling customer orders, utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS), material handling equipment (MHE), and automated robotics (AMRs) to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:Pick and fulfill customer orders using WMS, robotics, and MHE.
Sort totes, cases, and shipping containers by scanning, retrieving, and placing orders on pallets.
Operate material handling equipment (MHE) such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks.
Perform order induction activities for robotic picking processes.
Identify and resolve order errors before shipment.
Prepare, shrink-wrap, and load pallets onto delivery trucks.
Work collaboratively with Customer Service, Logistics, and Transportation teams to resolve shipment issues.
Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment.
May be required to work overtime and/or weekends as needed.
High School diploma or GED (preferred).
1+ year of order fulfillment experience in a warehouse setting.
Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other electric material handling equipment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Material Handling Equipment (MHE) certification (preferred but not mandatory).
