Job Summary Join Sam's Club as a Backroom Associate in Coral Springs, FL. Your role will support the club’s daily operations by managing incoming shipments, organizing receiving areas, and ensuring merchandise is stored safely and accurately. Base Pay U.S. hourly rate: $19.00 – $26.00 Responsibilities Process inbound shipments, verify counts, and produce receiving reports. Maintain the Receiving area following company procedures and safety guidelines. Track and process claims, return damaged goods, and support liquidation activities. Utilize technology to capture required reporting and documentation. Follow safety standards, conduct safety sweeps, and spot forklift hazards. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethics, including the Open Door Policy. Collaborate with managers, coworkers, and customers to achieve work priorities. Demonstrate the Respect the Individual and Act with Integrity leadership principles. Deliver results by putting the customer first and making decisions based on reliable information. Minimum Qualifications Forklift certification OR obtain certification within 30 days of job entry. Must be 18 years of age or older. Preferred Qualifications Preferred forklift certification.
