• 5+ years experience as a product designer
• Strong understanding of the user-centered design process
• Advanced visual design skills with an eye for detail when it comes to spacing, typography and overall design fit and finish
• Advance interaction design skills with experience creating user flows and clickable prototypes
• Experience working with and contributing to a design system
• Ability to work on complex multi-domain end to end experiences
• Experience designing across multiple devices from mobile, tablet, and desktop
• Ability to work on projects independently, make sense out of ambiguity, and proactively seek partnerships, and solutions when roadblocks arise
• Experience working proactively with product managers and developers to deliver great experiences
• Able to understand detail and find radically simple solutions that delight users
• Experience using Figma for design, collaboration, and prototype creation
• Leadership - self-starter with proactive stance toward achieving success on projects
• Communication skills - strong verbal, written, and visual presentation skills
• Hands-on design skills - ability to create flow diagrams, information architecture maps, wireframes, clickable prototypes, and high fidelity mocks
• Strong social skills - build positive working relationships with team members, and have a good sense of humor
• Confidence -understand business requirements, and be technical enough to work closely with developers
• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design or equivalent
• A portfolio that showcases relevant design projects and includes your process, design explorations and final work
