Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to facilitate the smooth execution of real estate transactions. This role is crucial in ensuring that all processes are completed efficiently and in compliance with the broker of record.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the transaction process from contract to closing, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Communicate effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions.
• Prepare and review transaction documents, including contracts, disclosures, and addendums.
• Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and other necessary services throughout the transaction process.
• Maintain detailed records of all transactions and ensure compliance with local and state regulations.
• Follow up with clients and team members to ensure all deadlines are met.
• Assist with client inquiries and provide updates on transaction progress.
• Organize and maintain files, both digital and physical, for all transactions.
