Staff Accountant's Responsibilities:

• Perform daily and monthly cash reconciliations and support month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on overdue balances, and assist with customer invoicing, credit, and collections.
• Generate financial reports, conduct analytical reviews, and provide forecasting and support to assigned departments.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and audit schedules, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and workflow.
• Provide backup support for accounting functions and perform additional tasks as assigned.

Staff Accountant's Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• NetSuite ERP experience (+)
