SQF Program Management
● Maintain and improve SQF certification program
● Conduct internal audits and prepare for third-party certification audits
● Monitor compliance with SQF food safety and quality codes
● Manage CAPA through the system
System Administration
● Utilize the digital platform for daily compliance tracking
● Manage electronic checklists, monitoring logs, and quality records
● Generate compliance reports and analytics
● Train staff on the system's mobile applications and workflows
Quality Assurance & Documentation
● Conduct product quality inspections and document findings digitally
● Monitor critical control points (CCPs) and critical quality points (CQPs)
● Manage supplier documentation through system's supplier management module
● Maintain SQF-compliant documentation using digital document control
● Prepare audit-ready documentation packages
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
● Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field
● 3 years of experience in food safety and quality assurance
● SQF Practitioner certification (Level 2 or 3 preferred)
● HACCP implementation experience
● Digital quality management systems experience preferred
