Role Overview: We’re seeking a sharp, driven Social Media Manager to take ownership of our organic social media strategy and execution. You’ll oversee daily content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Rumble, and Truth Social, working closely with our content creators to bring our patriotic brand story to life. You’ll also help keep our content production pipeline on schedule and ensure all creative assets are delivered in time to meet our posting calendar. Who You Are: A social media native who lives and breathes Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented A clear communicator who knows how to inspire creators with solid briefs Passionate about freedom, entrepreneurship, and the patriotic American lifestyle Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with ambitious goals Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage the monthly organic social media calendar for all platforms Post and schedule content daily in line with campaign goals and platform best practices Write creative briefs and collaborate with video editors, graphic designers, and content creators Maintain and manage the production calendar to ensure all deliverables are on track Keep our digital creative files organized in a clear system so others can find assets as needed. Coordinate internal deadlines and asset hand-offs to align with the publishing schedule Communicate with freelancers and creative partners to keep workflow running smoothly Monitor and engage with comments, messages, and community interactions Track post performance and recommend optimizations for reach and engagement Stay on top of trends, sound bites, hashtags, and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs Requirements: Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.Bonus if this includes marketing lifestyle and/or eCommerce consumer brands. Proven experience writing content calendars and creative briefs Strong understanding of social media analytics and platform tools Proficiency with marketing production apps Excellent grammar, tone, and attention to detail Bonus if you are comfortable and confident with wine and conservative politics.
