Job Description

This is a fulltime, hybrid position that is required to be onsite in Northwest Arkansas 3 days a week. We do not have sponsorship available for this position. SUMMARY: The Workday Senior Analyst supports and analyzes business processes around the company's HCM/Payroll functions, specifically the Workday platform (Workday HCM and Compensation (Core and Advanced)). This role works very closely with all levels of the company and must have prior Workday HCM and Compensation configuration experience and Workday architecture familiarity. This role provides advisory services and guidance to management regarding system requirements based on company resources and needs, is responsible for data reconciliation and data administration duties varying in complexity and utilizes various HCM modules and various internal/external systems and related interfaces. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Serve as the Workday subject matter expert for the company.
• Review/maintain Workday configurations across functional areas, integrations, and business process to ensure business requirements are met.
• Responsible for Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) data uploads into Workday.
• Review requests for reporting, create new reports as needed.
• Design, configure, test, implement, and maintain Workday HR enhancements.
• Keep current on HR/Workday trends and process best practices.
• Thoroughly document procedures and workflows.
• Experience following formal project management methodologies.
• Knowledge in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) concepts and methodologies.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will not have supervisory responsibility. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Required Bachelor's degree in information systems. 3+ years proven functional and business process experience with the following Workday modules: HCM, Absence, Payroll, Advanced Compensation, Benefits. 3+ years of experience with Workday report/dashboard design and development 3+ years of experience with complex Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) data uploads into Workday Strong Problem solving, time management, project management, and organizational skills.
