POSITION OVERVIEW

Numisma Bank seeks a strategic and results-oriented professional to serve as Senior Vice President (SVP) within its Sales division. This leadership role will encompass oversight of business operations, driving strategic initiatives, and managing high-profile client relationships across the bank’s core international markets.

The SVP will play a pivotal role in shaping the bank’s trajectory, directly collaborating with the leadership team and contributing to key decision-making processes. This role is ideally suited for an experienced financial professional with a deep understanding of international currency trading and significant experience in sales and trading.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive the sales and trading of banknote distribution for this unique start-up bank.
  • Oversee and manage high-profile client relationships, ensuring superior service delivery and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Lead strategic initiatives across the bank’s business operations and global markets to enhance profitability and growth.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and manage cross-functional projects in partnership with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Represent Numisma Bank in client meetings, industry events, and conferences to further enhance its brand recognition globally.
  • Provide critical insights to the executive team on market trends, risks, and opportunities to shape the bank’s global strategy.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top-tier academic institution, preferably with a concentration in business, finance, or economics.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in financial services, with at least 5-10 years specifically in the sales and trading of banknotes within the LATAM region.
  • Proven track record of managing high-level client relationships and driving business growth in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
  • Extensive leadership experience, including managing teams, cross-functional projects, and complex financial initiatives.

GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION

Numisma Bank is headquartered in Greenwich, Connecticut. This position can be remote and will require client travel. Will also consider clients residing in the following metropolitan areas: Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; Buenos Aires, Argentina; and Sao Paulo, Brazil.
