About the Role: \n\n

We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant (Hybrid, Miami, FL) to support daily accounting operations, including revenue and expense transactions, reconciliations, and financial reporting. This role is essential for maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth month-end and year-end closings.

\n\n Key Responsibilities: \n\n

\n\t
• Manage AP, AR, inventory, prepaids, accruals, and general ledger maintenance.\n\t
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.\n\t
• Maintain financial records and ensure accurate posting within accounting systems.\n\t
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations.\n\t
• Support year-end audits and provide necessary documentation.\n\t
• Identify discrepancies, propose solutions, and meet financial close deadlines.\n

\n\n Qualifications: \n\n

\n\t
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.\n\t
• Experience: 2–5 years in accounting and financial management.\n\t
• Skills: \n\t \n\t \n\t\n\t
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.\n\t
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop & Online , Excel , and accounting software (e.g., Bill.com).\n\t
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and e-commerce tools (Shopify, Amazon) preferred.\n\t
• Ability to manage financials across multiple legal entities.\n\t
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.\n
