We are Hong Kong's premier health supplements company, ready to launch an exciting new startup brand in the US market. We're looking for a motivated (Senior) Digital Marketing Executive - Ads Placement to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role within our marketing department, you will manage and optimize ad placements across various digital platforms, including Meta and Google. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and a deep understanding of the latest digital marketing trends to drive our brand's success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement Ad Placement Strategies : Create and execute strategies for effective placement of advertisements across digital channels.
• Monitor Ad Performance : Track ad performance metrics and optimize campaigns to achieve target KPIs.
• Collaborate with Content Teams : Work closely with content teams to ensure ad content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
• Market Research and Competitor Analysis : Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
• Stay Updated with Digital Advertising Trends : Keep abreast of digital advertising best practices, new platforms, and emerging trends.
• Reporting and Analysis : Prepare regular reports on ad performance and present findings to stakeholders, highlighting insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in digital advertising / performance marketing, with a focus on ad placement and optimization.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
