Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for a part-time professional to support students in a K-12 educational setting. This role is based in a vibrant learning environment and offers a contract position for the new school year, beginning July 16th. The position involves 25 hours per week, providing essential assistance to students, including those who require mobility support and personal care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students using wheelchairs with mobility throughout the school environment.
• Support personal care needs, including toileting assistance, ensuring dignity and respect for each student.
• Collaborate with educators and staff to create a safe and supportive learning atmosphere.
• Help facilitate student participation in classroom activities by providing individualized support.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience working with children or young adults in an educational or care setting.
• Ability to handle personal care tasks with sensitivity and professionalism.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage positively with students, families, and staff.
• Patience, reliability, and a mitment to student well-being.
