Overview We are looking for a highly skilled SAP BW/HANA professional to support and enhance our Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes. The role involves working with critical business teams that require high-visibility reporting, analytics, and data enhancements with strict timelines. Key Responsibilities Support and enhance existing Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes within SAP systems. Collaborate with business users to understand functional requirements and deliver technical solutions. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using BW, HANA, and reporting tools (e.g., BO, Tableau). Analyze existing production systems to propose enhancements, fine-tuning, and performance improvements. Work independently to deliver solutions within tight deadlines and handle high-pressure, business-critical tasks. Provide development support for urgent requirements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Required Skills & Experience Strong technical expertise in SAP BW and SAP HANA (data modeling, reporting, and database management). Experience with reporting tools like BO (BusinessObjects) and Tableau. Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after initial onboarding. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, especially in high-visibility, time-sensitive environments. Good communication and collaboration skills to interact with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience in RR/accounting reporting related to OTC. Prior experience in high-tech or fast-paced industries. Ability to balance functional understanding with technical development for efficient enhancements.
