Room Attendant

As a valued member of our hospitality team, the Room Attendant plays a vital role in upholding the cleanliness and overall maintenance of assigned guest rooms in the hotel. Attention to detail and a commitment to thoroughness are essential to ensuring that each room meets the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key Components of the role will include:

• Pay Rate starting at $14.00 an hour
• Clean and maintain assigned rooms to the highest standards, ensuring guest comfort.
• Confirm room status during departures to support efficient turnover.
• Report maintenance needs to the Engineering department or Housekeeping Supervisor for timely repairs.
• Remove trash and report any missing items upon entering guest rooms.
• Change linens and make beds per brand standards to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Thoroughly clean bathrooms and organize items for guest convenience.
• Report lost items found in guest rooms to the Lost and Found department.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism, reflecting the hotel's service commitment.
