The Roofing Estimator will be responsible for assessing project requirements, conducting detailed site evaluations, and preparing accurate cost estimates for roofing projects. This role involves analyzing blueprints, calculating material and labor costs, and collaborating with project managers and clients to ensure clarity and alignment on project scope. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in the roofing industry. Join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality roofing solutions!

Work Hours: This position offers the flexibility to work from home while also requiring occasional visits to job sites for accurate project analysis and assessments.

Pay Range: $25 - $30 per hour depending on experience

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license & insurable driving record.
• HS diploma or equivalent.
• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
• 2+ years of roofing estimation experience.
• Understanding membrane and metal roofing is essential for this position.
• Familiarity with various roofing materials, techniques, and industry standards.
• Strong mathematical and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints.
• Ability to assess project specifications thoroughly and identify potential issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with estimating software and tools, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently & manage deadlines effectively.
• Experience with the bidding process is preferred.
• Ability to travel throughout the day (ID and WA).

Candidates will be required to pass a pre-hire background check and drug screening upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
