• Contract Duration: 6-months + potential to convert
• Worksite Location:  Rigby, ID
• Brand: KLIM

What you’ll do as a Retail Sales Associate:

• Maintain store standards, policies, and procedures
• Model high performance and behaviors aligned with brand values
• Provide exceptional customer service both in-store and via phone or online
• Greet customers, build rapport, and recommend products to maximize sales
• Assist with product inquiries, orders, exchanges, and returns
• Operate POS system and handle financial transactions
• Lead store tours to highlight the brand and history
• Stay knowledgeable about products, including seasonal updates
• Assist with visual merchandising and inventory management
• Ensure store security, cleanliness, and organization
• Complete daily inventory counts and assist with product replenishment.

What you’ll bring to the Retail Sales Associate role:

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• 2+ years in sales and customer service, preferably in retail or outdoor apparel
• Ability to solve problems creatively and apply instructions effectively
• Strong communication skills and ability to advise customers and team members
• Positive, energetic attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Strong customer service and sales skills with a proactive approach
• Team-oriented with effective communication
• Organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented
• Basic math skills and reliable
• Visual merchandising and inventory management experience helpful
• Proficient in MS Office and social media knowledge a plus
