As a Retail Merchandiser, you'll play a crucial role in meeting shoppers' needs by providing in-store merchandising support. Your responsibilities will include building displays, resetting shelves for product rotation, and managing inventory to maximize sales opportunities. • You interact comfortably with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner
• You are 18 years or older
• You can perform physical tasks including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• You have reliable transportation to your work locations
• You exhibit excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• You are open to traveling within and outside your home state, including overnight hotel stays
• You are a motivated self-starter with a strong results-driven mindset
• You can work independently while also having strong team-building skills
• You prioritize safety in all job-related activities in a retail environment
