Your Role

As the Resource Development Manager, International you will:

  • Create Impact: Develop and implement a strategic plan to build partnerships, share compelling stories, and fund raise to elevate Mosaic’s mission globally.
  • Lead Discovery: Organize and guide 1-2 international discovery trips annually to connect donors and staff with Mosaic’s impactful work.
  • Engage Communities: Build awareness through storytelling, friend-raising, volunteer engagement, and fundraising events.
  • Foster Relationships: Work with foundations, businesses, churches, and media to amplify Mosaic’s reach and strengthen community ties.
  • Support Growth: Collaborate with the national office to research and cultivate prospects, ask for donations, and work with some grant proposals.

SCHEDULE : Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

TRAVEL : Some travel domestically and internationally

SALARY : $60,000 -$70,000 depending upon experience

What You Bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 4 years in fundraising, public relations, or related fields. Grant writing and volunteer management experience preferred.
  • Skills: Exceptional relationship-building, storytelling, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel internationally and work non-traditional hours.
  • Values Alignment: A commitment to Mosaic’s mission and essential leadership practices.
