What You'll Do:
Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
Become a sourcing pro, utilizing various channels like job boards, professional networks, and social media to find hidden gems.
Pre-screen and interview candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit within our organization.
Negotiate salaries and benefits packages that are competitive and attractive to top talent.
Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring clear communication with all parties involved.

Who You Are:
