We are currently seeking a receptionist to join our team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer internal and external calls in a professional, friendly manner, using a multi-phone system, and directs calls to appropriate departments.
• Greet customers, vendors and other visitors
• Input client details into Customer Record Management System
• Plan & schedule customer appointments and events for all staff
• Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and packages
• Maintain office equipment
• Email, print and file documents
• Order and stock office/kitchen/refreshment area with supplies
• Provide superior hostmanship by maintaining, cleaning and organizing the reception area, showroom, conference room and showroom restrooms
• Prepare opportunity paperwork for distribution to design consultants
• Process payments
• Other routine or specialized projects as assigned by supervisor or other company management

Job Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or GED
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is a plus
• 2 years of reception/general office experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Detail-oriented
• Highly effective interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint) or Google's equivalate Docs, Sheets and Slides
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• High level of professionalism
• Must pass work eligibility requirements
