Job Description

Experienced Real Estate Project Manager with a strong background in leasing, zoning, and permitting, particularly within local jurisdictions. Demonstrated expertise in supporting C-band macro modification projects, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Proficient in developing and maintaining project tracking tools and dashboards to accurately monitor milestones, identify risks, and ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Real Estate efforts for C-band modifications, ensuring alignment with project timelines and business goals.
• Collaborate with Real Estate Specialists to track progress, mitigate risks, and deliver results.
• Manage project documentation, milestone completion, and issue resolution using tools and systems.
• Provide executive-level reporting, presentations, and communications to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor Real Estate program data and utilize dashboard tools (e.g., Tableau) for performance tracking.
• Oversee vendor management and ensure successful project execution.
• Ensure adherence to Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies where applicable.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum of three years).
• At least four years of relevant experience in Real Estate project management.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in creating dashboards, charts, and reports using Tableau or similar tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• PMP Certification or training preferred.
• Financial acumen, including experience processing purchase orders and financial reporting.
• Experience in property management and lease renewals.
• Background working with Real Estate Specialists and vendors.
