Job Title: Project Manager

Job Location: Houston, TX + Austin, TX + San Antonio, TX + Dallas/Fort Worth, TX

Salary: $95k - $110k

Requirements: 3+ years of project management experience in the multifamily repair/remodel sector specifically exterior building envelope (structural, siding roofing, foundational, etc.)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in multifamily renovation/repair experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders including clients, contractors, vendors, and team members
• Ensure project milestones are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks
• Oversee quality control and safety standards on job sites
• Lead project status meetings and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management in the construction industry
• Proven track record of successful project delivery on time and within budget
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Experience in multifamily repair/renovation.
• Knowledge in repairing/renovating existing multifamily properties (Structural, foundational, rebarb, roofing, concrete, utilities, etc.)
