Join to apply for the Product Analytics Researcher role at Stratfield Consulting Join to apply for the Product Analytics Researcher role at Stratfield Consulting Stratfield is looking for a Product Analytics Researcher to develop and implement a comprehensive analytics strategy that transforms data into actionable product insights for our client here in Atlanta. We are looking for a qualified candidate that can bridge the gap between raw analytics data and strategic product decisions. This is an ongoing contract position. While this is remote, we are looking for resources here in Atlanta. Sponsorship is not available for this position. Responsibilities: Analytics Strategy Development: Create a roadmap for leveraging product analytics to inform product decisions across the organization Data Infrastructure Planning: Collaborate with engineering teams to implement proper event tracking and data collection frameworks Behavioral Analysis: Analyze user behavior patterns, funnels, cohorts, and feature adoption to identify optimization opportunities Insight Generation: Transform complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for product teams Dashboard & Reporting: Design and maintain executive dashboards and automated reporting systems A/B Testing Framework: Establish experimentation processes and analyze test results to drive product improvements Required Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or data science Strong proficiency in analytics tools (Pendo, Full Story, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment, or similar) Understanding of statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies Background in product management or user research is highly valued Experience with event tracking implementation and data governance Experience with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing Basic understanding of APIs and data integration Familiarity with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify patterns and anomalies in data Excellent communication skills to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams Proven ability to translate business questions into analytical frameworks Self-motivated and able to work independently while building analytics capabilities from the ground up BS Degree About Stratfield: We started Stratfield Consulting with the belief that companies are looking for a more reliable consulting firm to deliver an expanding list of projects.
