An accomplished and visionary Family Office is seeking a Personal Assistant in Arlington, VA. This highly strategic and operational role spans family, business, and personal domains, requiring an exceptional leader who can manage priorities across all spheres of life.

The ideal candidate is an elite operator who thrives in high-performance, fast-paced environments. They are proactive and anticipatory, always a step ahead and building systems that run seamlessly. They are discreet and professional, exercising the highest level of judgment and confidentiality, while also being both strategic and tactical, equally comfortable setting direction and executing details. This role demands a system-driven professional who will protect the Principal’s time and ensure seamless operations across all aspects of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and protect the Principal’s time and energy.
  • Anticipate needs, coordinate priorities, and ensure focus on high-impact work.
  • Oversee daily operations including budgeting and bill pay.
  • Maintain archives and records.
  • Establish and refine systems that enable seamless family office operations.
  • Coordinate complex travel logistics, reservations, and event planning.
  • Maintain and secure all systems, accounts, and logins.
  • Implement AI tools and other efficiency-focused technologies.
  • Oversee home security systems and family safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with doctors, trainers, and wellness providers.
  • Strengthen connections with family, clients, and professional network.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Family Office, Personal Assistant, or comparable high-level operational roles.
  • Local to the DMV area.
  • Tech-savvy: confident in adopting new technologies and leveraging AI.
  • Exceptional discretion, organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate needs.

Salary: $80,000- $120,000 per year. DOE
