Patient Care Coordinator – Sales & Patient Growth Focus
Are you passionate about health and wellness AND driven by results? Age Rejuvenation is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team!
This role is a unique blend of patient care and sales development . You'll guide patients through life-changing treatment plans, build strong relationships, and help them stay committed to their wellness journey—while also driving clinic growth through outreach, content creation, and social media engagement.
What You'll Do:
Act as the key connection between patients and providers.
Guide patients to commit to and follow through with treatment plans.
Leverage your sales skills to meet enrollment and growth goals.
Use your social media presence to share content and expand our brand.
Bring in new opportunities through your professional health/wellness network .
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree (health sciences, exercise science, nutrition, or related preferred).
Sales-driven, energetic, and patient-focused .
Strong social media skills and content creation experience.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Organized, motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: M-Th 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM, F 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
