Our client is Growing – Join Their Team as an Optician I!
Mattoon, IL | Full-Time | Saturdays Required

We’re excited to announce a new position on our tclients eam! As an Optician I, you’ll play a vital role in delivering top-notch patient care, guiding patients toward the perfect eyewear to fit their needs, lifestyle, and style preferences.
✨ No experience required—they will train the right person! All they ask is that you bring great people skills, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a busy environment (including long hours and most Saturdays).
What You’ll Do:
Help patients select the best eyewear for both medical needs and style
Deliver excellent customer service while meeting individual and team goals
Review prescriptions and work alongside physicians to support patient care
Adjust and repair eyewear, ensuring patients leave happy and confident
Maintain inventory and ensure a wide, appealing frame selection
Requiriements:
0–3 years of experience (optical experience is a plus, but not required)
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
A positive, coachable attitude with a commitment to learning
Flexibility to work long hours and most Saturdays
Friendly, professional demeanor and great communication skills
