Voyage Wealth Architects is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, self-starter to serve as our Office Manager and be a key member of our operations team.
This position will have the opportunity to work in our downtown Minneapolis office and may include limited remote work flexibility. While this opening is currently part-time, with the firm growth projections, we anticipate a potential opportunity for this role to evolve into a full-time Office Manager/Administrative Assistant position down the road.

Reporting to our Chief Operations Officer, the Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day administrative and operational support of the office. Additionally, this role will be responsible for providing the best possible client and employee experience by executing various operational strategies, such as gifting, CRM data input/maintenance, and event planning logistics. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent organizational and time management skills and will thrive working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where they will work on several different projects at a time.
