Job Description

We are looking for passionate and qualified Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our growing team! In this fully remote role, you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact by providing virtual assessments, creating personalized therapy plans, and leading engaging teletherapy sessions for students.

You'll also work closely with teachers and parents to support student progress and participate in virtual Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, ensuring that every student receives the support they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to identify student needs.
Develop and implement personalized therapy plans tailored to each student's goals.
Lead effective and interactive teletherapy sessions to engage students.
Collaborate with school staff and parents to foster student success.
Monitor and document student progress, providing regular updates.
Participate in virtual IEP meetings to support student development.
Requirements:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
Active Occupational Therapist license in Alaska.
Alaska Teaching Certification.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Independent contractor position (1099 status).
