The Role
We are seeking a resourceful, adaptable, and client-focused Marketing Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, responsive, and detail-oriented — ensuring client needs are met while seamlessly managing multiple accounts. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys juggling multiple clients, balancing strategy and execution, and serving as the primary bridge between clients and our internal team.
You’ll manage a portfolio of 15–20 SMB clients once fully ramped up (within 6–9 months), handling everything from strategy development to campaign oversight. Expect around 10–15 hours per month in direct client meetings (via Google Meet) , with the rest of your time focused on internal coordination, campaign strategy, and execution support.
Responsibilities
● Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their marketing goals are achieved.
● Develop and execute customized marketing strategies , including social media, content, paid advertising, SEO, and more.
● Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams , ensuring clear communication and smooth campaign execution.
● Monitor and analyze campaign performance , translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.
● Stay informed on industry trends and emerging tools, suggesting innovative solutions to drive client growth.
● Ensure all deliverables meet expectations, deadlines, and quality standards .
● Maintain a high level of responsiveness , promptly addressing client inquiries and internal communications.
Skills and Qualifications
● Must be based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area .
● Available for in-person meetings as needed and regular in-office collaboration.
● 3+ years of experience in marketing account management or digital marketing.
● Strong preference for agency experience (in-house considered if you’ve successfully managed multiple clients/projects simultaneously).
● Working knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and Website Development.
● Familiarity with tools like WordPress, Asana, and Semrush is a plus (training available if needed).
● Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships .
● Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
