This role involves representing clients in various legal proceedings, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction, and implementing office policies, procedures, and financial management. The ideal candidate should have a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school, be an active member in good standing of the Maryland Bar, and have a minimum of 8 years of family law experience, including 2 years in a managerial role. Applicants for the Managing Attorney position at the company should be strategic thinkers with the ability to manage a high caseload efficiently. Strong litigation and courtroom experience, excellent client communication, and relationship management skills are essential.
