LanceSoft is seeking a CRNA Anesthesia for a local contract job in Davenport, Iowa.

Job Description & Requirements

• Shift: 9 hours, flexible

CRNA needed for Locum coverage in Davenport, IA!

• Clinic Days: Surgery Days vary
• Shifts per month: 4-8
• Shift length: 7-4pm
• Clinic Hours: 8-5/OR starts at 7am
• Procedure/OR Days: Wed & Thurs-flexible
• On Call: No

Details:

• Job Description: Provide anesthesia services for cosmetic surgery cases.
• Number of Physicians: 2
• Number of Advanced Practice Providers: 1
• Supervision of APP(s) expected: No
• Nursing Support/Physician Nurse Ratio: 2 RNs, 1 MA, 1 APP, 1 Surg Tech
• Services/Procedures offered in the practice: Cosmetic surgeries: Breast augmentation, breast reduction, face lift, abdominoplasty, blepharoplasty and more
• Number of Exam Rooms per Provider: 1 OR, 1 procedure room
• Clinic Provider Daily Volume: 1-3 cases per day depending on length of case
• Electronic Medical Record: Cerner
  
   

Requirement:

• Active IA License or Active IMLC
• Must be experienced
• Board Certified
