Responsibilities:

• Ensure the credit quality of the loan portfolio is at a high standard while applying robust underwriting practices and sound judgment during the loan process.
• Originate and develop relationships with potential customers to expand the bank's loan portfolio.
• Active participation in community organizations, coordination of local events, and maintaining a positive officer demeanor both inside and outside the bank.

Qualifications:

• Formal credit experience and training preferred.
• High School Diploma required or a related College Degree. Comparable work experience is preferred.
• 1-3 years minimum of commercial agriculture lending.
