$35,000 - $65,000

• Verify all rental applications and personal references are true and accurate
• Complete property inspections and any required maintenance in accordance with our standards
• Research local rental rates and calculate costs to determine fair and competitive pricing
• Showcase properties and their amenities to potential tenants in order to help secure rental contracts
• Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close the deal

• Process contracts with tenants and collect security deposits to ensure the closing of the deal
• Become acquainted with client expectations of housing and finances and highlight properties that meet those expectations
• Advertise available properties using a variety of social media and promotional materials to help secure quick rentals of all properties
• Show prospective tenants' properties and highlight the provided amenities to help ensure the rental contract

• A proven record of sales experience and success
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
• Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office and Excel
