A federal client of Insight Global is looking for a Change Manager to join their team. This team is responsible for a working alongside a federal agency to review the grants application process and create a better user experience. This role will work closely with the UX/UI designer to help create solutions for improving the application process to apply for these federal grants. This person will be responsible for initiating, documenting, and authorizing change processes and strategizing what these changes should be. This person will work alongside the UX/UI designer to help create training materials, documents, etc.
