Job Description

Bergmann, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design is currently looking for an Interior Designer to join our Mid-Atlantic Buildings team in Philadelphia, PA.

Our next Interior Designer will work collaboratively to design and create schematics and concepts that meet programming requirements and health and safety codes. This individual will also create construction drawing sets and create presentation materials.

• The position requires interior designing as it relates to the programming, design, and construction documentation of retail/workplace and other commercial interiors projects.
• The Interior Designer will also assist in site visits, attend manufacturer representative meetings on behalf of the company, and maintain our department library and samples.
• The ideal candidate would be open to meeting with clients, consultants, and other in-house individuals and leaders to understand and meet the client's goals and requirements for the interior of building projects.

You'll also be expected to do "All other duties as assigned" in this position. We won't ask you to do things way outside your scope, but we are one #TeamBergmann, so "Not my job" is not an option!

Who We're Looking For: To qualify for this position, you will need a Bachelor's degree (preferably in Interior Design) and 2+ years of professional design experience. Prior experience in REVIT is required; AutoCAD, Adobe Creative, and SketchUp experience is a plus.
