Job Description

Position Summary:

Customer Assurance Manager delivers post-sales technical support and training on HVAC products.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide technical support for Commercial and Applied HVAC equipment
• Perform job-site visits in order to assist in the installation, troubleshooting, service and repair of Commercial and Applied HVAC equipment and controls
• Provide technical and product training classes to HVAC contractors and end-users
• Review, assess and resolve warranty related issues with contractors
• Solid understanding of HVAC industry from a sales, installation and service perspective
• Proficient in conflict resolution
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Critical Knowledge and Skills:

• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with contractors, business owners, Engineering/Design firms and RSI team members
• Provide technical, product, and sales training to HVAC contractors and Sigler Employees both on an individual and group basis
• Ability to use Microsoft Office tools and HVAC Service software effectively
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Must have exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
• This job is designated a Safety Sensitive position

Education and Experience:

• Must have 5-10+ years in the HVAC industry, preferably related to the installation, commissioning and servicing of commercial equipment and controls
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, higher education is preferred
• Trade School/vocational certifications in HVAC/R or related fields is preferred
