💰 Salary Range: $65k - $90k DOE + Benefits
Position Overview: Responsible for managing relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities within the HVAC industry. This role involves maintaining client satisfaction, driving sales growth, and ensuring that all client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring strong, ongoing relationships.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts and territories.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and execute on goals and revenue targets.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and address concerns.
Stay on top of market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to uncover growth opportunities.
Coordinate with project managers and internal teams to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
Prepare detailed reports on account status, sales activities, and pipeline development.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms that ensure profitable, long-term partnerships.
Provide top-tier customer service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and managing service timelines.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Support Building Solutions operations with backup dispatching, quoting, invoicing, and service sales as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
3–5 years of account management or sales experience, preferably within the HVAC or construction sectors.
Demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding sales targets and managing client relationships.
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated, collaborative, and customer-focused with a solutions-driven mindset.
