Wipro Givon USA has an exciting new opportunity for an experience HR Generalist to assist with projects within the team.

• Approximately 6 weeks project (Depending on hours)

Abilities - Are you a good fit:

• 5+ years of HR Generalist Experience
• Experience in Aerospace and/or manufacturing a plus
• Strong computer skills required.
• Ability to work at a computer for long periods of time
• Ability with HRIS systems and LMS systems
• Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e. current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Job Duties and Responsibilities - What will you do daily:

• Assist department in creation of LMS system
• Assist in creation and implementation of training and onboarding processes and best practices
• Assist in implementation Benefits portal of HRIS system
• Process improvement and implementation of FMLA/PFML.
