Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for all employees. Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and facilitating performance improvement plans where necessary. Foster a positive workplace culture by organizing employee engagement initiatives, promoting diversity, and enhancing workplace morale.
