Job Title: Heavy Duty Equipment - Diesel Mechanic Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and vehicles Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues Repair or replace faulty components such as brakes, transmissions, and engines Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance on diesel equipment Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed Operate power tools and heavy equipment as needed Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Skills: Strong automotive repair skills, especially with diesel engines Extensive mechanical knowledge of diesel systems Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks Experience with shocks, struts, and suspension components Knowledge of electrical systems in diesel vehicles Familiarity with power tools and safe operation practices Competence in operating heavy equipment for maintenance Company Description: R&B Fleet Services LLC is a mobile fleet maintenance company established in 2010. We primarily work with Toyota Suppliers, traveling in and out of the plant daily in our fully equipped mobile trucks for small repairs. Larger jobs are transported to our facility for repairs before returning to Toyota premises.
