Responsibilities of Healthcare Recruiters:

Generate a high-quality pipeline of candidates by making a high volume of calls daily (100+ calls per day )
Reach out to both new and existing healthcare professionals to forge meaningful connections and present tailored opportunities that align with their skills, licenses, board status, and credentials.
Cultivate and nurture relationships that produce loyalty and promote a long-term working relationship with our clients and health professionals.
Engage with prospective and current providers to clearly outline assignment details and compensation, ensuring a transparent and rewarding experience.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience in sales and high-volume cold calling is preferred
Background in Business, Marketing, and Hospitality welcome
