We focus on operating systems, zonal controllers, cloud, and connectivity solutions to meet the challenges of electric vehicles and set standards for software-defined vehicles worldwide. Role Summary We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Head of Communications to lead our organization's voice internally, externally, and at the executive level. This leadership role involves developing and executing a comprehensive communications strategy that aligns with our mission, culture, and brand across all audiences. You will collaborate closely with Co-CEOs, the leadership team, and cross-functional leaders to build a proactive, forward-thinking communications function that reflects our values. Responsibilities Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement a cohesive, future-oriented communications strategy that encompasses internal, external, board, and partner communications. Craft and reinforce a compelling organizational narrative, ensuring message consistency across all channels. Act as a strategic partner to departments such as People, Legal / Compliance, and Program Management. Team Development and Oversight : Evaluate current communications resources and structure; recruit top talent to build a high-performing, agile team. Establish scalable processes, workflows, and performance standards. Executive Communications : Support Co-CEOs with key messaging and event preparation. Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team on communication opportunities and challenges. Internal Communications and Culture Building : Lead the development of internal communication tools and platforms. Promote culture and engagement initiatives aligned with organizational values and employee experience goals. External Communications : Enhance PR / media strategies to increase brand visibility and reputation. Collaborate on employer branding efforts using data-driven content and digital strategies. Develop a crisis communication framework in partnership with Legal, HR, and Operations. Qualifications 10+ years of progressive experience in communications, including at least 5 years in leadership roles. Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams. Exceptional writing, storytelling, and executive presence skills. Experience managing complex stakeholder environments. Strategic, collaborative mindset with operational and analytical skills, including digital tools and metrics expertise. Salary range for California-based applicants : USD 161,000 - 252,000, based on experience and location. We offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, effective from the first day for full-time employees and after 90 days for part-time employees.
