We are looking for a Foreclosure Legal Assistant/ Processor for our law firm client.

Your specific duties will include:

• Accurately filing legal documents in client files.



• Copying, scanning, and circulating documents as requested.



• Communicating effectively and professionally with attorneys, supervisors, staff, and clients.



• Assisting with preparation for trials, hearings, and depositions.



• Drafting, filing, and tracking court pleadings.



• Scheduling where needed.



• Professionally answering incoming phone calls and making outgoing phone calls.



• Completing processes associated with case management.

Specific qualifications for the position include :

• Ability to read and interpret legal documents in a timely manner.



• 1+ year (s) of direct FC or mortgage servicing-related experience



• Computer Skills are very important. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Outlook preferred.



• Must excel in a fast-paced professional environment.



• Solid work history
