We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to navigate efficiently through designated routes. A strong commitment to safety and adherence to traffic regulations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery vehicles to transport goods to specified locations.
• Load and unload items from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling of products.
• Follow designated routes and schedules, making adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and delivery confirmations.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Utilize equipment such as pallet jacks for loading and unloading tasks.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns during deliveries.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a related field.
• Familiarity with route driving and local geography is advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with our customers.
• Experience using warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, is beneficial.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain a CMV Driver Certification (DOT Medical)
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading goods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for maintaining accurate delivery records.
• Experience driving a box truck
