Are you all about fixing things and creating beautiful spaces? If so, we have got the perfect opportunity for you. Be Happy Property Services in Anchorage, AK is on the hunt for a full-time Experienced Carpenter - Handyman .

Why should you join our carpentry team, you ask? Well, for starters, how does a paycheck ranging from $30 to $50 an hour sound? Yep, you heard that right! Plus, we're all about keeping things flexible , so you can still have a life outside of work. Oh, and did we mention the 401(k) plan with a company match ?

Schedule:

Your schedule will vary during the summer months between 8 - 10 hours/day, Monday - Friday. We guarantee 40 hours/week with the opportunity for overtime.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN EXPERIENCED CARPENTER - HANDYMAN

• 5+ years of experience in construction, remodeling, or repair
• 5+ years of carpentry experience
• Own tools and vehicle
• Cell phone
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work well under pressure

Experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred but we will train the right candidate. If you are professional, respectful, and self-motivated with great communication skills, you could be a perfect fit for this carpentry position.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE AS AN EXPERIENCED CARPENTER - HANDYMAN

As part of our construction team, you'll be wearing all sorts of hats. You'll start by reviewing project plans to make sure you know exactly what our clients are looking for. Whether you're working on kitchen and bath remodels, decks, doors, siding, fences, drywall, painting, countertops, tile, and everything in between, you'll be our go-to guy. And if the construction or remodeling project needs a bit of electrical or plumbing work, you'll have it covered.
