Executive Assistant to the CRO Location Centennial, CO :

    What You Will Do

    • Support the CRO in all matters as the primary contact for internal and external relationships
    • Increase the CRO's effectiveness and efficiency by taking on projects, executing objectives, strategically organizing the days/weeks/months, and being the communication conduit for preconstruction and marketing
    • Simplify and improve processes while actively networking internally and externally with a focus on identifying best practices
    • Facilitate the company Foundation and charity activity
    • Strategically manage the CRO's schedule, ensuring proactive, professional interactions across government relations, media requests, the board of directors, employees and customers
    • Take on a wide variety of special projects while planning and coordinating travel, client and employee events, parties, fundraisers and meetings
    • Demonstrate and embrace our company values, our PACT: People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships

    What You Will Bring

    In addition to being self-motivated and accommodating, with a passion for being the best, you will

    • Have a minimum of a high school diploma, but we prefer an associate's or bachelor's degree
    • Have demonstrated experience in administrative work
    • Possess excellent quantitative and analytical skills
    • Be well-organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and effective at managing to deadlines
    • Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
    • Take an entrepreneurial approach to problem solving and display high proficiency in MS Office products
    • Enjoy working with people and optimally, have familiarity with the EOS operating system

    Compensation: $75K-$93K annual salary, depending on experience
